Why Tawtheeq Matters
Without Tawtheeq registration, you cannot:
- Connect ADDC utilities (water and electricity)
- Sponsor dependents on your visa
- File rental disputes with the ADJD
- Access government services requiring proof of residence
How to Register
Registration is done through the TAMM platform:
- Visit the TAMM website or app
- Both landlord and tenant need their Emirates IDs
- The landlord provides the title deed or property ownership proof
- Upload the signed tenancy contract
- Pay the registration fee

- Signed tenancy contract
- Landlord's Emirates ID and title deed
- Tenant's Emirates ID or passport
- Property details (plot number, unit number)
If Your Landlord Refuses
If your landlord refuses or delays Tawtheeq registration:
